The Bar Ritual

Stopping at a bar is a thing I love for many reasons. I enjoy seeing the bustle of people coming in and out, and I like to compare each bar’s take on the classics: a Spritz, toast, croissant or espresso. Of course the atmosphere of the place is also important – I like bars that seem suspended in time, as long as what they serve keeps up with the appeal of the venue, of course!
